Hello, I’m Nisha Parmar, founder of Niche by Nisha. Everyone shortens my name to Nish (pronounced ‘Neesh’).When I created this product, it felt quite ‘niche’, and the brand was born.
My culinary journey began with my appearance on BBC’s MasterChef UK in 2018. Leaving behind my job in banking after 17 years, I embraced my passion for cooking and turned it into a thriving career. As a private chef, I create memorable dinner party experiences. My debut cookbook, SHARE: Asian Dinner Party Dishes, showcases the vibrant flavours and dishes that have shaped my culinary style.
