Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs. Please note that any items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We will work promptly to resolve any issues and make it right.
Additional conditions for returns
Return shipping costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
Return timeframe: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorisation.
Repackaging: Items should be securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
